This page is used by administrators to set up and manage the email templates used in eForm workflows.
Workflows are designed in the RME Designer > Workflow Designer. A workflow can be designed to automatically send emails in specific states. For details, refer to the RME eForms Administrators Guide, Manage email templates, and the RME Workflow Designer User Guide.
Each email template is linked to a group within a particular domain.
Reporting is not available for this area so the Reports button does not display on the toolbar.
Menu path: RME > System > eForm Email Templates
From the RME menu, select System > eForm Email Templates. A list of all templates for the first available eForm domain and group is displayed by default.
• To see templates for a different domain, in the Domain field, choose another from the dropdown.
• To see templates for a different group, in the Template Group field, choose another from the dropdown. The template group determines where and how the template will be used by the system.
Result: All email templates for the selected domain and template group display in a grid. Select the Open icon in the grid next to the template you want to view. The template details will display in the same browser tab.
To search for a specific template, enter search criteria in the search field at the top of the Name or Description column, or choose an option in the Current? column. You can only search by one column at a time.See: Create an eForm email template

You
cannot delete an eForm email template that is linked to a workflow. This
is to prevent the workflow activity from becoming invalid. As an alternative,
you can mark an email template as non-current (Current?
= No). Non-current email
templates remain visible in the workflows where they have been included
but they will not be available for new workflows.
In addition to access to the eForm domain, users must also be given permissions for specific actions in the eForm Email Templates Page View (ADM020M), as follows:
