If the log message indicates that a file has not been processed, go to the Windows Event Log for further details. Possible reasons why the file could not be processed include, but are not limited to, the following:
• The file does not include the category column that was configured for the profile.
• A row in the file does not have a value for the category column; in this case, the feeder will not process that row and any rows after it.
• A row has a value in the category column that is not mapped in the profile. It this case, it will log the issue in windows event log and continue processing subsequent records.
If the total of an expected number of records is not reflected in the import results, look at the server logs for any errors on the client side. If you need further help from the RME team, please include the log file with your query.
