Multiple primary records

In some primary fields, such as Primary Contact, Primary Fund Scheme, Primary Org. Unit, Primary Investigator and so on, you may see more than one marked as Primary, when there should only ever be one.

This is because sometimes changes in the database back-end by IT departments may accidentally result in multiple instances.

Resolution: When this happens, access the records in RME and change the relevant Primary? sliders for each record so that there is only one.
