This related item page is used to record addresses for an organisation, including physical and postal. More than one physical address can be recorded, as some external organisations can have multiple addresses. For example, an organisation may have a centre in Smalleville, Middleton and Largeburg.
Menu path: RME menu > Setup > Organisations (Search) > Organisation > Address Details
1. In the Organisation record, go to the Address Details related item grid.
2. At the far right of the related item, click Add.
3. Complete the fields, using the table below as a guide.
4. In the toolbar, click Save. To go back to the previous page, click it in the breadcrumb trail or use your browser Back button.

Australian Business Number associated with the address If the ABN Lookup Web Services feature is enabled in System Preferences, the below ABN Lookup button displays next to this field. If the ABN Lookup web services feature is not enabled, an ABN can be entered but it will not be validated. |
ABN Lookup |
This button only displays if the ABN Lookup Web Services feature is enabled in System Preferences. Validation only occurs if the service is correctly configured. When you enter an ABN in the above ABN field, click this button to validate it against the ABN register. Responses: Valid, Invalid or Invalid ABN format |

Internal unique code for the address, generally sourced from a finance system for integration purposes

You manage related items in the core page. Click the Add, Delete and Export links at the right of the related item in Organisation.
