This page displays the results of an NHMRC Grant Import.
The Started and Completed fields indicate when the import process began and ended.
Entries that were successfully imported are listed in the Successful Records Information grid, which includes a message about what type of record was created in RME. See: Successful Records Information
Menu path: RME > Integrations > NHMRC Grant Import > Import Results tab
This related item lists all the records that were not successfully import. A record may fail and not be updated if required data is missing, for example, if an NHMRC entry did not include an NHMRC ID, names or a person's title.
To view the details of an error, click the entry. Each error message tells you the name of the file involved (either APP_DATA, APP_TEAM or APP-BDGT) and the Application ID and NHMRC ID of the text file entry. Use these details to locate the relevant entry in the text file. From the details, you can create the project manually in RME provided it does not already exist.
Ignored means that the project already exists in RME so a new project record was not created and no data was updated.
