About this page

This related item for a Fund Scheme record is used to capture application details for the fund scheme.

Menu path: RME menu > Setup > Fund Schemes (Search) > Fund Schemes > Application Details

1. In the Fund Scheme record, go to the Application Details related item.

2. At the far right of the related item, click Add.

3. Complete the fields, using the table below as a guide.

4. In the toolbar, click Save. To go back to the previous page, click it in the breadcrumb trail or use your browser Back button.

Field Label	Description
Academic Progress Rqd.?	Indicates if academic progress is required for this fund source
Advertised?	Indicates whether the application round was advertised
Advertisement Details	Detailed advertised information
Application Available From	Location of the application form
Application Details	Detailed information on application
Assessment Worksheet	Details of the assessment
Copies + Original	Number of copies and originals required
Copies Description	Copies description
Current?	Yes by default Indicates whether this is the current round for funding applications If it is no longer the current round, slide this to No.
Date Advertised	Date the application details were advertised
Eligibility Details	Detailed eligibility information
Ethics Clearance Details	Requirements for ethics clearance
Ethics Clearance Rqd.?	Indicates if ethics clearance is required for this fund scheme
Expr. of Interest Rqd.?	Indicates if expression of interest is required for this application
External Closing Date	External closing date for the round
Information Available?	Indicates if information for the funding application is available
Internal Closing Date	Internal closing date for the round
Lodgment Details	Detailed information on how to lodge the application
Number Offered	Number of possible recipients
Round Code *	Mandatory Code for the round
Round Number	Number for the round
Rounds per Year	Total rounds per year
Selection Criteria	Detailed selection criteria for the application
