Funding Financial Details (Fund Scheme)

This related item displays for a Fund Scheme record if the selection in the Fund Scheme Type dropdown is Fund Scheme. It is used to capture financial details for the fund scheme.

Menu path: RME menu > Setup > Fund Schemes (Search) > Fund Schemes > Fund Scheme

 

Add financial details for a fund scheme

1.     Create a new Fund Scheme record, and in the Fund Scheme Type dropdown, choose Fund Scheme.

2.     After saving the record, the Financial Details related item is available.

3.     At the far right of the related item, click Add.

4.     Complete the fields, using the table below as a guide.

5.     In the toolbar, click Save. To go back to the previous page, click it in the breadcrumb trail or use your browser Back button.

Should only be recorded if the fund scheme information is no longer relevant (non-current record).

Date to which the information regarding the figures is applicable

Should only be recorded if the fund scheme information is no longer relevant (non-current record).

Max % per Application

Maximum percentage offered per application

Cannot be greater than 100.

Maximum amount offered

Max Yrs. Funding Available

Maximum years the funding is available

Min Offered

Minimum amount offered

Min % per Application

Minimum percentage offered per application

Account code for the fund scheme if required

Type of payment the recipients will get, from a defined list

Manage Fund Scheme (financial) records

You manage related items in the core page. Click the Add, Delete and Export links at the right of the related item in Fund Scheme.
