Notes: The Crystal menu option in RME provides access to pages to manage Crystal reports (formerly the menu label was "Reports").
To view a Crystal report, assign access to each report to a role; users assigned with a defined role can view the report.
Reports involve popups so make sure you have enabled these in your browser.
• To upload and maintain your Crystal reports centrally, go to RME > Reports > Manage Crystal Reports.
• To run and view a report, go to RME > Reports > View Crystal Reports.
Notes:
You can change the label for the Crystal menu item via Users > Global Label Preferences.
Crystal reports are different to reports created using the RME Report Designer, which are accessed from the Report button in core search pages and records, eForm listing pages and eForms. Reports about an individual eForm are accessed from within an open eForm via the View Options action button.
