This related item is used to identify the session/s in which the subject is offered, if sessions are defined for your institution in HDR Configuration. Sessions in RME are defined date ranges used for terms or semesters in the academic year, for example, Summer, Autumn, Winter and Spring.
If sessions are used, RME can be configured to ensure that students can only apply for a subject in the current session.
Menu path: RME > HDR Students > Subjects (Search) > Subjects > Session
You can only add the same session for a subject once.
More than one session item can be added to the Subject record via a lookup field with different dates, but only one can be current.
1. In the Subject record, go to the Session related item.
2. At the far right of the related item, click Add.
3. Complete the fields, using the table below as a guide.
4. In the toolbar, click Save. To go back to the previous page, click it in the breadcrumb trail or use your browser Back button.

You manage related items in the core page. Click the Add, Delete and Export links at the right of the related item in Subject.
