1.     To view the details, click the Open icon in the grid to open a popup. The reason is displayed in the Error Log field.  Examples: The email did not include recipients. A record may fail to update because of a dependency.

2.     Check that the scenarios are valid and the data provided is correct. Identify any errors and fix them.

3.     To run the task manually if needed, open the task and click the Run Task Action button on the toolbar.

Missed

The task could not be run for a technical reason, for example, if a server was down when it was due to be run

1.     Try to run the task manually by clicking the Run Task Action button on the toolbar of the task.

2.     If this is not successful, it may mean that there is an error with the data. Follow the steps for Failed above.

3.     If it does run manually but does not run when scheduled, it is likely that there is an issue with the server. Contact your system administrator for assistance. The server may be down or passwords may be out of sync (for a system administrator solution to this, they can refer to the RME Installation and Upgrade Guide document, Synchronise the access password for RME.Service).

4.     Once the technical fault has been addressed, you can run the task manually again if needed.

5.     Monitor the task to ensure it runs on the next scheduled date/time.
