Panel Member Contact Details

This related item is used to record or display the panel member's contact details. This information is read-only and cannot be edited.

For an existing person, the panel member's contact details are automatically populated from the Personnel record.  To add more contact details to the panel member's record, do this in the Personnel module, Contract Details related item.

If you created a new person in the Panel Members related item via the Person Code lookup, a new Personnel record will be automatically created with an assigned ID. Go to the Personnel module, locate the newly-created Personnel record using the ID, and add details in the Contact Details related item. These will then display automatically in this related item.

Field Label

Contact Details

Contact information, such as an email address or phone number

Current?

Indicates whether the contact option is current

If the contact option is no longer current, slide this to No.

Primary?

Indicates which type is the primary means of contact

If used for the Email type, the primary record will be used for sending emails for Significant Events.

Type

Type of contact, such as Email, Work Phone, Home Phone, Mobile Phone
