This related item in ERA Assist configuration allows you to define one or more repository domains for your institution.

Menu path: RME > Research Outputs > ERA Assist Configuration (Search) >  ERA Assist Configuration > Document Repositories

 

Add a document repository

1.     In the ERA Assist Configuration page, go to the Document Repositories related item.

2.     At the far right of the related item, click Add.

3.     Complete the fields, using the table below as a guide.

4.     In the toolbar, click Save. To go back to the previous page, click it in the breadcrumb trail or use your browser Back button.

Document Repository: Fields

Default Column Name

(in layout order)

Description

Domain Name *

Name of the document repository domain or URL

Authentication Type *

Required authentication method, from a defined list

Source

Description

What the repository is used for, to help distinguish it from others

 

Manage Document Repository records

You manage related items in the core page. Click the Add, Delete and Export links at the right of the related item in ERA Assist Configuration Details.
