This page is used by administrators to:
• Add, view or edit ERA round details
• Export ERA data into a CSV file
When entering the details you can also import an ARC Discipline Matrix file so that reporting is based on the required FoR cluster information.
When an ERA round is saved, related items become available to:
• Define and manage portfolio details for a round
• Define and manage document repository details
A default ERA round has been created with details sourced from the Australia Research Council (ARC), however you may need to update the round details with the appropriate collection purpose category.

For ERA submission, specific details are required, such as the ARC_ID, journal ISSNs and book ISBNs. These details can only be extracted if the Book, Journal, Publisher or Conference configuration of Research Output Categories that are linked to Govt. Categories are linked to the master tables.
If your institution has changed the configuration of Research Output Categories, these need to be re-set. To help you do that and ensure that the required details are available, scripts have been provided in the product package in the "ERASpecific" folder. Please read the RME Research Output: Restructure Data and Initialise ERA Round document. When you or your IT department run these scripts, these categories will be linked to the master tables.
