About ERA Assist

RME ERA Assist is a component that integrates with the RME web application to help institutions to collect and collate data for Excellence in Research for Australia (ERA) submission.

ERA is a government initiative that assesses research quality in Australia's higher education institutions. ERA submission rounds are held every three years.  Rules and guidelines are provided by the Australian Research Council (ARC) and are subject to change for each round. As an example, the ARC issues a list of conferences, journals and publishers with assigned ERA IDs, which must be used in the submission.
