Standard Phrases

This page is used to create and maintain the list of standard phrases for comments each eForm domain. Standard phrases are sets of words that are frequently used in the eForm review process. These are also called "snippets". Some phrases are used for all domains, while others are domain-specific.

Tip: When you search for Standard Phrases for a domain, the system returns those marked for that domain and also those marked as All. To search for Standard Phrases that are exclusive to the domain, use a combination search to find phrases for the domain and exclude phrases marked as All. For example, to search for phrases used for Ethics exclusively you would use the follow search criteria:

Search for records

Use Advanced search to find records.

To find a record or eForm, enter your search criteria in the fields. To add a line, click the green plus (+) icon.
To start the search, press <Enter> on your keyboard, or select the Find button on the toolbar. Records that match your search display automatically in the Results search tab.
To open an record from search results, you can either:

• Select the checkbox to the left of the record and click Open in the toolbar.

• Click the link in the first column (denoted by blue underlined text).

Manage records

To manage records, you may be able to perform some or all of the following actions based on what you are viewing, your role, access and permissions:
