This sub-item displays from the Enrolment & Progress related item for a selected enrolment. It is used to assign progress panel members for a student's enrolment. Progress panel members monitor the administrative progress of a student's candidature.

Menu path: RME > HDR Students > Student (Search) > Student > Enrolment & Progress > (Course) > Progress Panel

 

eForm impact

This item can be updated by an eForm that includes a corresponding Progress Panel RIC. For details, refer to the RME eForm Designer User Guide, Progress Panel RIC. Progress Panel members may be able to create HDR PR eForms on behalf of students they are monitoring. The system can be configured to allow only Progress Panel members to create HDR PR eForms on behalf of students. See: HDR Configuration

 

Add a member to the progress panel

1.     In the Student record, open the Enrolment & Progress related item and select the relevant course enrolment from the grid.

2.     Open the Progress Panel sub-item.

3.     At the far right of the related item, click Add.

4.     In the Person Code field, select the person you want to add.

5.     Complete the fields, using the table below as a guide.

6.     In the toolbar, click Save. To go back to the previous page, click it in the breadcrumb trail or use your browser Back button.

When you select a person, read-only fields are populated with data from the Personnel module.

        A student cannot be a progress panel member for their own candidature.

        Supervisors cannot be a progress panel member for student's they supervise.

Manage Progress Panel records

You manage related items in the core page. Click the Add, Delete and Export links at the right of the related item in Enrolment & Progress.
