This sub-item to the Examination related item is used to record an examiner's assessment outcome for a student's examination.
If the Submission Extension Date related item displays, the grid provides a history of changes to the date the examiner is expected to provide an assessment outcome (See: Expected Submission Date).
Only one outcome can be added for each examiner.

eForm impact
Examiner outcome fields may be populated via an HDRCM eForm based on the Examiner Outcome eForm template category that includes individual examiner assessment fields and the Push to Database Tables activity in the associated workflow. These eForm templates are automatically created from a parent eForm based on the Submission and Examination eForm template category.

1. In the Student record, open the Enrolment & Progress related item and select the relevant course enrolment from the grid.
2. Open the Examinations sub-item.
3. Select the course for which you want to add an assessment outcome.
4. Select the Examiner Outcome related item.
5. At the far right of the related item, click Add.
6. Complete the fields, using the table below as a guide.
7. In the toolbar, click Save. To go back to the previous page, click it in the breadcrumb trail or use your browser Back button.

Date the examiner is expected to provide the assessment outcome The date is the most current Extension To date based on Date of Entry in the Submission Extension Date related item grid. Automatically populated by a date entered in the Examiners Report Due Date field in the Examinations related item but can be edited. When changing the date, a popup displays to ask if you would like to keep a history of submission date changes. The options in this popup are: • Yes - Automatically creates a new item in the read-only Submission Extension Date related item and saves the change • No - Saves the change without creating a item in Submission Extension Date related item • Cancel - Closes the popup without saving the change or creating a new item When changing to a later date, explain why the date was extended in the Submission Extension Notes field. |

Why the Expected Submission Date was changed (free text) When the Expected Submission Date is changed, and the option selected in the popup is Yes (to save a history), the text in this field will be captured in the newly-created Submission Extension Date related item, providing a full history. |

This related item is used to capture a history of changes to the Expected Submission Date field, including the text description from the Submission Extension Notes field. Items are automatically added when the Expected Submission Date is changed and the option selected in the resulting popup is Yes (save a change history). The grid is sorted by Date of Entry in descending order by default (most recent date first).
You can only delete items or export data from this grid.
