About this page

This sub-item from the Enrolment & Progress related item for a Student record is used to record details about examinations for the selected course for the student.

When a student is newly enrolled in a course in RME, either directly or via an eForm pushed to the database tables workflow activity, API, or feeder, new Examination related items are automatically created and set as current, based on the exam types defined for the course. You can add to or delete examinations that are automatically-created for the enrolment.

New Examination related items can also be automatically created for re-examinations if an Assessment Outcome in an HDRCM Submission and Examination eForm  matches an Examination Type and an Assessment Outcome defined in HDR Configuration, Create examination based on assessment outcome. The Examination Type defined in the settings will be used. Examiners willing to re-examine are automatically assigned to the new record. This automatic feature only works with eForm input.
