This page is used to search for and maintain account code format details. Account Code Formats are used to specify the format to which account codes need to comply. Account Code formats are created and maintained in Setup > Account Codes. The financial system in your institution should be able to supply all the relevant account code formats that need to be recorded in RME.
When defining the account code segments the following rules apply:
• Each segment can include up to a maximum of ten characters in each segment.
• Each segment can be separated by a delimiter.
• A segment marked as essential must be filled in when creating an account code
• Segments that aren't marked as essential must be at the end of the account code format.
• The system supports more than one current format.
Menu path: RME > Setup > Account Code FormatsUse Advanced search to find records.
