This help page explains the page status indicators used in the Costing and Pricing Tool (CPT) to indicate the page status. This is especially important when details in the originating eForm have changed.
The Invalid or Revisit icons are used to prompt a review of the details impacted by the change.
Icons that may display for each page of the tool in the panel on the left, to inform you about the status of the page, including the following:
Indicator |
Description |
|
All fields have been completed correctly. |
|
You haven't viewed the page yet so you need to go to it. If you view the page but do not complete the details, the indicator will still disappear. Validation is not based on whether you complete the fields, just on if you go to the page. |
|
One or more fields on the page are not complete or not correctly completed. |
|
A page with previously populated details has new or changed details that you need to review. This can happen when changes are made in the originating eForm. Return to the page and complete any new questions or fields. If new fields are mandatory, they will be highlighted; if they are not mandatory, look for uncompleted fields. |
Apply New Rules |
Only on the Funding Rules page in CPT if the Apply New Rules page action is assigned to your role or User record Used to apply new funding rules when the rules applied to the project have been changed since the initial eForm application was first created, or since the last rule change (whichever is most recent) Changes are noted under fields in the page ("New Value: xx") If you don't want to apply the rule changes, you can ignore them and continue using the previous rules. |
