This related item stores all the employment positions for a person. Positions that are no longer applicable for the person should be made non-current.
Menu path: RME > Personnel > Personnel (Search) > Personnel > Employment Details
1. In the Personnel record, open the Employment Details related item.
2. At the far right of the related item, click Add.
3. Complete the fields, using the table below as a guide.
4. In the toolbar, click Save. To go back to the previous page, click it in the breadcrumb trail or use your browser Back button.

Has Allowance? |
Only available when the Costing and Pricing product key is applied Used to indicate whether the person receives one or more allowances in addition to salary For example, an allowance may be given for a position, such as Head of Department allowance, or it may be a negotiated amount. Due to the confidential nature of this information, the allowance value cannot be stored in RME. The intention of this flag is to be used as a trigger to notify RME administrators when an investigator on a project has an allowance. They can then manually enter the allowance amount in a strictly controlled page of an eForm application. For details, refer to the RME Costing and Pricing Overview document. |

You manage core records from the module search page, Results tab. Select records in the grid and select the New, Delete and Export buttons on the toolbar in Personnel.
