• The Organisation Address field is auto-populated based on your selection.
• ABN and Business Name fields may also be auto-populated.
• If an organisation is de-selected in this lookup, any previously selected value in the Organisation Address field and related address details will be cleared.
• If a fund scheme is de-selected in the Fund Scheme Code lookup, any previously selected organisation in this field will be cleared.
Organisation Address
Only populated when a selection is made in the Organisation field
Current addresses for the selected organisation, from a defined list of addresses saved in the Organisation record
Addresses in this list are concatenated as follows: Address Description, Address Line 1, Address Line 2, Address Line 3, Suburb, State, Postcode, Country, ABN, Business Name
If an entry is de-selected in either the Fund Scheme Code lookup or Organisation lookup, any previously selected address in this field and related address details will be cleared.
Administrator notes:
As the concatenated address list in the dropdown is created on the fly, not stored in the database, it cannot be used directly in Advanced Search, or as a field to add to core or Significant Event emails. Solutions:
• Advanced Search: when using a query with Area: Fund Schemes to search by organisation address, in the Search On field, select one or more individual address fields, such as Address Line 1 (provided these were added to the Fund Schemes related item Page View).
• Email templates: In core and Significant Event email templates, to add the address from the Fund Schemes related item, Select Fund Schemes in the List of Items dropdown and add the individual address fields to the email, such as Address Line 1, Address Line 2, Address Line 3, Suburb, Postcode and Country.
• Reports: To include the fund scheme’s organisation address in a report, join ORGADD_FK from RMRV_PRO_FUND_SCHEME in the Projects reporting view with ORGADD_PK in RMRV_ORG_ADDRESS in the Organisation reporting view.
