This related item is used to gather journal classification information to support ERA Assist functionality.
Fields will be populated when journal records are imported from the Journal List provided by ARC that defines the journals that are eligible for institutions’ ERA submissions for the upcoming round.
Access permissions: Full access is the default page access permission allocated to RME Admins, RO Admins, and RO Data Entry roles.
Menu path: RME > Research Outputs > Journals (Search) > Journals > Classifications Reference
1. In the Journal record, open the Classifications Reference related item.
2. At the far right of the related item, click Add.
3. In the Type Code field, select the relevant code from the dropdown.
4. Complete the classification details, using the table below as a guide.
5. Click Save.
Some fields may not be displayed. Fields are selected by your RME administrator.

Administrators: Current?, Percentage and Primary? are hidden in the Page View by default as they are not in the ARC Journal Records list. To change this, enable these fields in the Page View.
You manage related items in the core page. Click the Add, Delete and Export links at the right of the related item in Journals.
