This related item allows you to assign eForm templates to the selected role. This page displays when you click Add from the related item grid in the Role record. eForm templates allow users to create individual eForms in RME.
• eForm templates are created and published in RME Designer, eForm Designer.
• You can only assign eForm templates to a role, not an individual user.
• You must assign an eForm template to at least one role, otherwise it will not be available for anyone to create an eForm in RME.
Menu path: RME > Users > Roles (Search) > Roles > eForm Template Access
1. In the Role record, open the eForm Template Access related item.
2. At the far right of the related item, click Add. To view an existing item, click the Open icon next to it in the grid.
3. In the Domain dropdown, select the relevant
eForm domain from the list. All the published eForm templates for that
domain will be displayed.
If viewing an existing entry from the eForm Template Access related item
grid in the Roles record, the Domain
field in this page will be automatically set to the domain for that eForm
template.
4. For each template you want to add to the role, in the first column, tick the checkbox. If you want to add all the eForm templates for that domain, tick the checkbox in the column header.
5. Click Save to assign the templates to the role.
1. Follow steps 1 to 3 above for adding access.
2. For each template you want to remove from the role, in the first column, un-tick the checkbox. If you want to remove all the templates for that role, un-tick the checkbox in the column header.
3. Click Save to remove access to the selected templates.
