Role Page Views

About this page

This related item allows you to assign and manage Page Views for a role. Page Views are used to grant access to individual RME pages to the role. You choose the level of access for the page as well as page actions to control what a user can see or do.

You can create more than one Page View for the same physical RME page and assign each to a different role or user.

Important! You need to select each page that you want to assign. There is currently no option to select a core record and have all related items for that record automatically selected. This functionality will be investigated for future release.

The Home page (WEL001) is automatically assigned to all users to allow access; it cannot be assigned or unassigned via Page Views.

Menu path: RME > Users > Roles (Search) > Roles > Role Page Views

The Manage Dashboard page DAS001 is slightly different. See: Dashboards, Access types and available functions.
